About the event
We'll go over different pasta types and shapes, and the best recipes for each. We'll make some ribbon pasta, some extruded shapes for drying, and maaaybe even ravioli. We'll snack on some with some Blue Ridge Truffle butter sauce, and you should have enough to take home for later!
