About the event
Participants will leave with a finished bee hotel, ready to hang in their garden or backyard.
We encourage you to bring your own tools if you have them:
Drills with bits between 1/8" and 3/8" thick and capable of drilling at least 3-3/4" deep
M25 star bits and phillips head bits
Garden Snips for cutting hollow stems to length
Did you know North Carolina is home to over 300 species of native bees across five different families, many of which benefit from bee hotels like the ones you'll be making.
