Prior to each Concert on the Creek, we'll have a class for you to make your own healthy, yummy, local small plate to take with you. This week - not quite my Mama's fried chicken, but fancied up a little bit, with the creamiest grits (or polenta, that sounds fancier) and some seared greens.

About the event
If you have any food preferences or anything you'd like to avoid, please let us know and we can accommodate most preferences - although it's a very small test kitchen so we don't have the capacity to have separate facilities for severe allergies.
In addition, you're responsible for your own safety with knives and equipment, hand-washing, and any other food-preparation hazards. Your attendance assumes you've read and agree to the attached waiver.
We like to save paper, so we don't require a printed copy of this or your tickets.
